HOME DELIVERY PREDICT BY DPD FRANCE
With Predict, you can be autonomous when it comes to your deliveries!
Discover Predict delivery:
- DPD notifies you by SMS and email when your parcel has been picked up.
- Your parcel will be delivered within 24/48 hours (within mainland France).
- On the day of the scheduled delivery, you will receive a text message and an email indicating the delivery time slot.
The Predict service gives you autonomy over your deliveries, with a wide choice of rescheduling options up to midnight the previous day or in case of absence:
- Delivery to another address
- Delivery on another date
- Safe delivery
- Delivery to a neighbour
- Pick-up of your parcel at a Pickup point or DPD France branch
To ensure a perfect delivery experience, remember to fill in all the necessary details when you order online: door code, mobile number, email address, etc.
You can track your parcel transparently at any time on www.dpd.fr and get online help if you need it.
PICKUP POINT DELIVERY BY DPD in France only
Have your parcel delivered to one of the 10,000 local shops available throughout France. You are free to choose the shop that suits you best: near your home or work, and to collect your parcel at your convenience.
As soon as your parcel is delivered to the Pickup point of your choice, you will automatically be notified by email of its availability. If you can't collect it the same day, don't worry, your parcel is still available for up to 9 calendar days! After this period, the parcel is automatically returned to our premises.
DPD's Pickup relays guarantee quality delivery with:
- Delivery within mainland France in 24/48 hours
- Choose from more than 10,000 carefully selected stores throughout France (geographical location, storage capacity, opening hours, etc.).
- Detailed tracking of your parcel available 24 hours a day at www.dpd.fr
- An email alert as soon as your parcel arrives at the Pickup point
Bank holidays and New Year's Eve: DPD France will not deliver on Monday 11 November 2024, Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 December 2024, Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 January 2025.
DELIVERY IN SWITZERLAND
Delivery in Switzerland is by Colissimo. We only offer home delivery.
Delivery times to Switzerland are 3 to 4 working days (indicative times) depending on the destination city.
Customs restrictions and formalities: please note that you will have to pay customs duties if the value of your shipment exceeds 100CHF for a gift.
